Checking & Adjusting Heads
We cannot adjust worn, damaged, or sprinklers that are beyond there useful life, these heads will have to be
replaced at an additional fee if you want them adjusted, but there is no obligation to have repairs performed.

We check the 120 Primary & the 24 secondary on all zones
Controller Circuit OHM Check
We check the OHMS on all zones & can identify correctly working circuits, circuits with bad or partially
shorted solenoids, cut lines, & nicks in wiring. We give you a copy of this information for future reference.

Controller Ampre Check
We check the AMPRE on all zones & can identify correctly working circuits, & circuits that are drawing too
much current.

Visual Leak Check
We visually check the entire irrigated area, while adjusting heads & observing coverage patterns.
Repair Estimate
If deficiencies are found, we will provide you with a no obligation quote to properly repair and or correct the
listed items. All work comes with a plumbing labor guarantee & in most cases can be performed same day.

The Inspection will not correct the following without additional repairs & or fees:

The Inspection Fee covers the time spent inspecting your system & is not applied to the cost of
repairs. As customary for the "service" industry, we do not offer free estimates but freely publish our
pricing schedule as a guide to such. The Inspection fee covers the cost of estimates.
